A2: For orders under 200kW, the lead time is 10 days. For orders of 200kW or more, we will need to negotiate the timeline.

Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT. Alternatively, we can accept 30% TT in advance and 70% TT upon the goods being ready for shipment.

Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: International shipments are generally made by sea. Once the goods enter the destination country, we utilize multimodal transport including rail and barge.

Q5: What's the warranty?
