A1: We export to most countries and regions, including Central/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and Australia. Please provide your specific region, and we will confirm the shipping feasibility for you.

A2: For orders under 200kW, the lead time is approximately 10 days. For orders of 200kW or more, we will need to negotiate the lead time based on your specific requirements.

A3: We accept 100% TT, or a maximum of 30% TT in advance with the remaining 70% TT due upon the goods being ready for shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: International shipping is generally conducted via sea transport. Upon entry to the destination country, we typically utilize multimodal transport involving rail and barge.
