Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries and regions including Central/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and AU. Please provide your region for confirmation.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: For requirements under 200kW, the lead time is 10 days. For needs of 200kW or more, we will negotiate the timeline.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT or a maximum of 30% TT in advance and 70% TT upon the readiness of goods before shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: International shipments are generally conducted via sea transport. Once entered, we use multimodal transport including rail and barge.
Q5: What’s the warranty?
