Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries/regions including Central/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and AU. Once you provide your region, we will verify and confirm the specifics for you.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: For requirements under 200kW, the lead time is 10 days. If your needs are 200kW or more, we will negotiate the timeline with you.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT or a maximum of 30% TT in advance with the remaining 70% TT due upon goods being ready for shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: Internationally, we primarily use sea transport. Upon entry, multimodal transport options such as rail and barge will be utilized.
Q5: What's the warranty?
