Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries/regions including Central and South America, EMEA, Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Australia. Once you provide your location details, we will confirm the shipping feasibility for you.

A2: For orders less than 200kW, the lead time is approximately 10 days. For requirements of 200kW or more, we will need to negotiate specific timelines.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT, or alternatively, a 30% TT advance with the remaining 70% TT due upon readiness of goods before shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: For international shipments, we primarily use sea transport. Upon entry, we utilize multimodal transport solutions, including rail and barge.
