Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries and regions, including Central/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and Australia. Please provide your region, and we will confirm shipping availability for you.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: For orders under 200kW, the lead time is 10 days. For requirements of 200kW or more, we will need to negotiate.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: Payments can be made via 100% TT. Alternatively, we can accept 30% TT in advance and the remaining 70% TT upon goods being ready for shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: For international sections, we generally use sea transport. Upon entry, we utilize multimodal transport options, including rail and barge.
Q5: What's the warranty?
