Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries and regions including Central and South America, EMEA, Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Australia. Provide your location, and we will verify and confirm shipping availability.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: For orders under 200kW, the lead time is 10 days. For requirements of 200kW or more, we will need to discuss and negotiate the timeframe.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept full payment via TT. Alternatively, you can pay 30% TT in advance, with the remaining 70% due upon the completion of goods, prior to shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: International shipments are typically handled via sea transport. Upon arrival, we utilize multimodal transport options including rail and barge for further distribution.
