Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries/regions including Central/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and Australia. Please provide your region, and we will verify and confirm for you.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: For requirements under 200kW, the lead time is 10 days. For needs of 200kW or more, negotiation will be required.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT. Alternatively, we can accept 30% TT in advance and 70% TT upon goods being ready for shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: For international sections, we generally use sea transport, followed by multimodal transport involving rail and barge after entry.
Q5: What's the warranty?
A5: We offer a 12-year enhanced product warranty on materials and workmanship, and a 25-year linear power output warranty. For more details, please refer to our limited warranty statement.
