A2: For orders under 200kW, the lead time is approximately 10 days. For requirements of 200kW or more, we need to discuss and confirm the timeline.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT or a maximum of 30% TT in advance, with the remaining 70% TT upon readiness of goods before shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: International shipments are typically via sea transport. Upon entry, we employ multimodal transport, including rail and barge, to ensure timely delivery.
Q5: What's the warranty?
