Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries and regions including Central and South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and AU. Provide us with your specific region, and we will confirm the shipping feasibility for you.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: For requirements less than 200kW, our lead time is typically 10 days. For needs of 200kW or more, we will discuss and negotiate to meet your timelines.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: Payment options include 100% TT or a split of 30% TT in advance and 70% TT upon readiness of goods before shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: For international shipments, we generally use sea transport. Once the shipment reaches the entry port, we utilize multimodal transport options, including rail and barge.
Q5: What's the warranty?
