Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to numerous countries and regions, including Central/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and Australia. Let us know your region, and we will verify the shipping feasibility for you.

A2: For orders under 200kW, the lead time is approximately 10 days. For requirements of 200kW or more, we will need to discuss the specifics.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT, or alternatively, a 30% TT deposit with the remaining 70% due upon readiness for shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: For international shipments, sea transport is the primary method. Upon entry into the destination country, we employ multimodal transport, including rail and barge.
