Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries/regions, including Central and South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and AU. Provide your region, and we will verify the shipping feasibility for you.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: For requirements under 200kW, the lead time is 10 days. For needs of 200kW or more, we will need to discuss the specifics.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT or a maximum of 30% TT in advance, with the remaining 70% TT due before shipment once the goods are ready.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: International shipments typically use sea transport. Upon entry, we employ multimodal transport, including rail and barge.
Q5: What’s the warranty?
