A1: We export to most countries/regions, including Central/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and Australia. We will verify and confirm shipping availability upon receiving your region details.

A2: For requirements less than 200kW, the lead time is 10 days. For needs of 200kW or more, we will negotiate the lead time with you.

Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: Payment can be made through 100% TT or a maximum of 30% TT in advance and 70% TT upon goods readiness before shipment.

Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: International shipments are generally via sea transport. Upon entry, multimodal transport methods such as rail and barge will be employed.
