Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries and regions, including Central and South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, and AU. Kindly provide your region, and we will verify and confirm the shipping feasibility for you.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: For requirements under 200kW, the lead time is approximately 10 days. For needs equal to or exceeding 200kW, a negotiation will be required to determine the lead time.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT or a maximum of 30% TT in advance, with the remaining 70% TT due upon the readiness of goods before shipment.
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: For international shipments, we primarily use sea transport. Upon entry, we utilize multimodal transport options, including rail and barge, to ensure seamless delivery.
Q5: What's the warranty?
